Modifications on Doms' D reg (XY8 engine) 205 XS

This is Doms' own list of modifications on his XS...

GTI bodykit (sprayed black by me) from Peter Maiden.......£117

GTI red strips along front and back bumpers (which came with the bodykit)

Debadged sides (removed XS stickers)

1.9 GTI alloys (with tyres, 2 were Yoko A520s) from some bloke.......£190

Late spec leather GTI steering wheel and clear front indicators...£45 (the lot-both from Colin @ PPM)

Twin K&Ns......£90 (removed A LOT from the engine bay like airbox,pipes and other pieces of metal)

GTI badge on tailgate....£cant remember (probably blagged it some how from the local pugman dealer!)

GTI door pillar badges......£20

Lowering from Pug Performance......£100 (because I supplied the springs because he'd run out!!!!! They cost about £50 Chassis Dynamics)

Brio Racing Carbon fibre gearknob with red leather

Kenwood 120w 5 inch front speakers

Kenwood face-off CD player (yet to be fitted)

Ins App immobiliser

Powerflex Bumpstops at the rear

Silver "205 GTI" Door sills (quite cool)

Clear side repeaters (yet to fitted-cos I found out the body shell needs to be modified so they can fit on-shit!)

Red sunstrip (the easy way to lower your car!)

Slighty tinted windows (which I only found out recently-don't ask!)

Purple Poppy Coral air freshner on dash (if you can call that a mod!!)

PMC rear spoiler (also yet to be fitted)

Future mods include: late spec 1.6 or 1.9 interior, clear rear light clusters, Koni adjustable rear dampers together with 195/45/15 tyres (to put an end to the rubbing!), some better pillar badges (like colour coded red or something), blue bulbs for the front headlights, (and loads more but as you'll understand I could go on forever!!)
